Company policy


The customer is responsible for reviewing the confirmation of the reservation. Any discrepancies should be reported to Limousine A1 Inc. as soon as possible.

We engage ourselves to arrive at the site of departure at the requested date, on due time, as agreed upon during our communications. It can happen that for last-minute reasons, we must change the type of vehicle for a similar make or a more luxurious one. We are not responsible for situations beyond our control resulting from weather conditions, road traffic, accidents, etc.


Grace period

We allow a 30-minute wait at passenger(s) pick-up location without charging any additional fees. After that period, we charge for the waiting time, per hour, at the regular cost of each type of vehicle. To avoid any additional cost, please contact us on 418-523-5059, 24/7.

If you do not find your driver at the pick-up location, please do not leave the spot before calling the office on 418-523-5059, otherwise ‘no-show’ charges might be applied.


Cancellation policy

For any transportation with a departure in Québec City, the client needs to advise Limousine A1 Inc. of the cancellation at least 12 hours before the pick-up time (24 hours in case of major holidays) for the following vehicles: sedan car, SUV, mini-van, executive limo-van, sprinter, stretch limousine. For all transportations done with a departure in Quebec City with specialty vehicles (Adapted transportation, Motor Coaches, Mini Van, Cargo Van or Auto bus), the client needs to advise Limousine A1 Inc. of the cancellation at least 7 days before the pick-up date. In the event that we are advised after this period, the full cost of the service is charged.

Trips are only considered canceled after the client receives a cancellation email.


Damage and Smoking

There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the vehicles of Limousine A1 Inc. A find of 500,00$ will be charged in case of smoking. Additional charge will apply to any damage made to the vehicle(s).


Lost items

We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle after the completion of service. Any charges made to send the items back will be charged to the customer.
